Sea Point For All
This site has been created by Sea Point residents who support an inclusive and diverse Cape Town.
Rising property prices are forcing hard-working people out of neighbourhoods they have lived in for decades. We want to protect people from evictions and being forced to find accommodation far from their places of work. We want to help prevent more homelessness by supporting the call for social housing.
We support compassionate solutions to homelessness. Please download the report on homelessness commissioned by Theodore Yach here:

About Us
Who is behind this site?
This site was started by a few Sea Point residents, who formed an informal group called "Sea Point For All" and this became a more formal group which now represents vulerable people on our local, WarD 54 committee.
We believe that we have an opportunity to transform our city and our neighbourhood by supporting the proposal for affordable housing. We oppose the rampant building in our area which enriches the developers and does not help to address the housing crisis we face nor does it redress historic spatial Apartheid. We support a compassionate attitude to the homeless in our neighbourhood.
Our numbers are growing, so come join us!
