As residents of  Sea Point in support of Social Housing, we have written a submission in response to the Financial Model released by the Western Cape Government for Social Housing on the Tafelberg site.

This is an important moment for affordable housing in Cape Town. After considering this model, and the comments that it receives, Cabinet will make a decision on whether or not to stop the Sale of Tafelberg and build social housing. The Provincial Government closes the comment period on 15 February 2017.
